By accessing and using Teacher Material ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Teacher Material provides AI-powered tools to generate educational materials for teachers. The Service includes material generation, document downloads, and subscription management features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: 3 material generations per month
• Teacher Plan: $19/month for 10 material generations
• School Plan: $49/month with additional features

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Generation limits reset monthly. Excessive or abusive use may result in account suspension. The Service is intended for legitimate educational purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

Materials generated through the Service are provided for your use in educational settings. You retain rights to the materials you create. However, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute generated materials as a commercial product
• Use the Service to generate materials that violate copyright or other intellectual property rights

7. Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to generate:

• Harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Materials that violate any laws or regulations
• Content that infringes on third-party rights

8. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Teacher Material is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in generated materials
• Losses resulting from use of the Service
• Interruptions or technical issues

You are responsible for reviewing all generated materials before use with students.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in that policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Maryland courts.
